Dr. Koray Cosguner

Founder, CEO & Principal Consultant

Dr. Cosguner studies how customers make decisions and how firms can use that knowledge to improve performance. His research covers pricing and non-pricing instruments — including promotion, product, and placement — with a focus on turning data into actionable recommendations.

He teaches pricing and marketing analytics at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where he brings real business problems into the classroom and shows students how to solve them with data. The same frameworks he uses to train future marketing leaders, he brings to your business.

His work has been published in the field's top journals, featured in practitioner outlets, and implemented in field settings. He doesn't just build models — he builds data-driven decision support systems.
